  1. Glad to see your happy with them. I hope there are no more "unforeseen" twists

    Travel back great...no rain!

As far as twist go, if only one is straight I will still be out of my hole, if two ars straight all the better.

On the subject of the spare fitting in the boot, I have had a bit more of a think, the infill foam will fit if I put the tyre in upside down and I will just need to turn a spacer on the lathe out of nylon to take up the extra space under the tie down bolt. Just have to make sure the dress face of the alloy doesn't touch the floor of the pan anywhere.

  2. I have 4 in my garage. $450 ONO ready to go..............TAKE IT NOW!

Limited meat (tread) on the Tyre ~15%

I'm based in the middle of the Sydney Basin (Parramatta). Would be willing to deliver(in and around SYD)....for a price (if required)

Thanks Pete, you really dug us out of a hole, and it was really good of you to bring them up to meet us in Tamworth, hope you had a good trip back through the storms. We have 5 mint wheels now so we just have to shuffle the good tyres on to them.

General Info - Stock alloys dont fit in the boot, hold down bolt becomes too short and Foam packer is too deep, oh well had to be tried!

  3. I have this same problem in my 1998 HZJ75 Ute. I believe what is happening when the button is pressed it is turning off the solenoid valve to the main tank but not turning on the (faulty) valve on the sub tank. It runs a bit longer than three seconds but it is just as hard to restart if you let it stop as if you ran out of fuel.

  4. My daughter left the road yesterday, knocked the tyre off the rim and buckled her alloy front wheel. I priced a new one this morning ( $1033) and now that I have regained consciousness I am looking for a wrecker breaking a 2007-2009 conquest with 10 spoke type B wheels (not the Y spoke ones like my "edge" has, just the straight spoke) I only need one, not a full set, just as long as it is straight.

  5. Hello all,

Oh well I drive a 2003 KL Mitsibishi verada.

I also have cars for my mum and the kids, 2009 Corolla "Edge" Hatch, 2008 Corolla "Conquest" Hatch and 2003 Corolla "Conquest" Sedan. I also have my sisters 2007 Aurion "Sportivo" Sedan in the shed, she has gone to New Zealand for work so it is about to get advertised.
