Ran into the same problem. Just bought a 98 Starlet last weekend. No Gregory or Haynes manuals ever made apparently. After chasing around I found Downtown Toyota at Wynnum (Brisbane - QLD) can order them in for you ex-Japan. Costs $110, pay up front, and takes about 4 weeks delivery. Comes in 2 books. One for Engine & one for Chassis. Would be nice if someone had a pdf version.
