  1. 900 I think the kit cost me from a wrecking yard. Came with the turbo intake pipe but I had too get silicone bends as well. Exhaust which was cut short only need it for the flange I put a 2.5 inch straight sys on mine. Came with another oil cooler for the lines another thermostat housing for the water lines turbo and manifold and that was it. Think u might need to get one of them boost compensators too adjust the fuel too the boost apparently u can get em off the 2l turbo pumps but I just wound the fuel up on mine blows a bit of black smoke but not to bad. And that's it you'll have too swap studs around and block off a small port on the new manifold but it's not too hard.
  2. Hey iv converted my 2.8 diesal hilux too a turbo diesal with the ct20 turbo but once i had done the conversion it seems too burn oil. I was pretty sure it was the turbo because the engines been built not too long ago and it didnt smoke before the turbo was fitted. So i bought a rebuild kit for the turbo stript it down put new bearings and seals thru it and it still seems too be smoking. Iv heard if the turbo return line is too restrictive it could cause the oil too bypass the seals cause its not escaping quick enough. Is this true beacause if not its got too be the turbo again doesnt it. Cheers Michael
