69 Corona

hey guys and girls iv just joined as i have just bought a 1969 corona and was wandering if it was worth rebuilding the RT-40 or if there are any newer engines that bolt straight in with little or no mods, any advice would be greatly appreciated. cheers

hey all i just bought a 1969 Corona, just wondering what engines fit into the engine bay with little or no mods as the original engine is going to cost alot to rebuild. As this is my first project car i am unsure on where to even start looking and any help is much needed. im not looking for the most powerful engine im just after a reliable engine that isnt going to be gutless. thanks.
