Woodstock

I have a Toyota Estima fitted with a Welcab seat which moves outside the vehicle. There is some play (about 2cm) in this seat when it is inside the vehicle. I was wondering if: (a) Anybody else had encountered this problem ( B) Anybody knows of a firm which specialises in maintenance of these seats in the Brisbane area, Would Toyota Service Departments be up to speed with this kind of thing?
