So is there still plans to have the normal meet after the dinner? Because I'm keen for a normal meet especially if private number is going to be there :)

Ok, so I've decided to pick #3. Just a quick question on tyres.
My stock tyres are 195/65/15. I know most people run 215/45/17 but actually, 225/45/17 is closer to stock diameter with only a difference of less than 1%
Aside from price and width, are there any significant differences between the two?
(Rim width is 7.5")

This has probably been mentioned before but.
Taxi drivers.
The last thing I want to worry about at night, is taxi drivers overtaking and cutting me off from the left lane.
When all i wana do is drive home and look forward to bed. Even some of them do this with 3+ passengers on board.
Like seriously, I know its their job and all, but doesn't give them a right to drive like a jackass.

So anyway decided to mod my 07 ZRE Sedan. Got HID's on the way, deciding on the wheels, and dropping it is a possibility.
Haven't added any pictures as its stock as a rock.

Legal-ish if you have projectors, and you won't attract attention from the police if the bulbs are only 35w (55w is too blinding) and bulbs are not higher than 6000k.
Bulbs higher than 6000k are more blue. The higher the temperature, the worse it is at night or in the rain.
Sweet, I guess ill be going for 35kw 4300K ones.
Thanks dwee! ^_^

Hi Guys,
Sorry for bringing up old thread, but I've got some questions regarding HIDs.
Previously used Philips Crystal Visions, nice and white, but terrible visibility during the rain than OEM bulbs.
Looking to get 4300K HID on lowbeams. My questions are:
1) I heard about how its illegal in NSW. Should i be worried? Dont wish to attract attention from the cops. and
2) I heard for HIDs to not blind everyone, it has to be fitted with Projectors?
I watched a video from Autoexpress (
)said that lights dispersed from the bulbs would be scattered if fitted to standard headlamps.
I just want to have brighter lights than OEM bulbs and the same visibility it gives. And I want to make sure i do it properly and not blind everyone.
Thanks

Hi guys, names Chris. Currently driving an 07 Corolla Ascent.
Having previously driven a Yaris, felt that the Corolla is perfect mix of Power and Economy.
The Yaris was a good car, but a little too gutless at times :)

I only swapped most of the interior lighting with LEDs. Didnt bother with interior shots because it was messy inside
I mounted the foglights to the bumper myself, as we tried the wiring, there was something wrong with the pre-wired wiring and decided to get it installed by an electrician.
