g'day, i need a little info on grease points on my hilux. where and when they should be done, i do my own servicing thanks

G-day, I've owned my Hilux since 40,000km mark, knowing only major service has been done. it now has 70,000 with no Grease point attention, what are the cruicial grease points? I need to know what grade/type of grease is usually used what each part. Cheers.
