This 1973 Celica has been in the family since new. It has had a complete engine rebuild and has been re-sprayed. For the last 10 years, it has been on blocks, with a cover and in a garage. It looks great, but needs some work to pass a roadworthy. Is it worth it? How much is reasonable to spend to get that roadworthy?
