engine has strange exhaust sound

hi all i was wondering if any one has this strange sound when i take my foot of the excelerator and leave it in gear at around 60 ks i get this sound just like i have semi trailer air brakes jt is not there all the time but most . hoping it is not something bad but it is quite anoying it has to go . mick
