Hi Forum Does anyone have any experience with car warranties - not new ones but the ones sold with second hand cars? Are they any good? Worth buying? Any luck with claiming? I have heard indifferent reports about claim success etc? Hopefully my Celica wont need one. Maybe some companies are better than others I am in NZ Help appreciated.

Hi guys and guyettes Newbie here so be gentle. I have 2001 Celica and the insurance ppl want to know if it has alarm or immobiliser. Can anyone help me? It has remote central locking and indicators flash on and off, but there are no other signs of alarm. Where do I look? Had new key cut and it starts the car no probs etc. thanks for your time.
