Hi, I have a 98 model starlet and just recently the temperature gauge has been behaving erratically. Accelerating from very low revs the temp gauge rises and falls with the revs until it gets over about 2000rpm. It then settles back down to were the actual temperature is. I have taken the plugs from the sensors on the thermostat and they seem ok. I would assume its a sensor fault or a bad earth but if anyone can help with a good place to start checking, it would be gladly welcomed.
