My car was bought in May 2013 and I started noticing rattles around the steering column and dashboard immediately. Have been to the dealer three times so far but the problem remains. I believe there are several rattles and this must be common in this model (Accent Sport ZRE182R). That is, factory defect or design issue. And I will be going to the dealer again as this is not acceptable even in an old car.
