  1. Just posting an update on my maintenance mentioned in the previous post. I got my car back a couple days ago from the repairs which were carried out. The car actually drives as good as when I first got it if I must say so myself. However they didn't mention any method of preventing the carbon build-up from occurring again, all they said was that it has to be cleaned every few years and they're also still learning about the issues. So if anyone has experience with this, please let us know, I'm not too car savvy myself to know about this!
  2. Hi, sorry for the late reply to this thread. I have been experiencing this for the last year with the issue gradually getting worse. Currently my car is at the service centre apparently getting carbon build-up cleaned out with acid and ultrasound to fix this issue (And costing me about $600). My shudder/shake was occuring almost every time the car switched between electric and petrol and also noticed my fuel consumption averaging at about 7.5L/100km vs the 6.5 it was getting before. If anyone knows what this is and how to prevent it for cheaper, please do shed some light!
