  1. Hmm, isn't that the output volume? I also have the problem where I'm shouting just to get the person to hear me. I was told there is no way to adjust the mic sensitivity.
  2. Is anyone getting the same error? Whenever I try and call someone through the head unit, it displays 'Outgoing Err' in the head unit display. I can still call through the head unit by dialing the number from the phone. My phone is the Sony Ericsson Z800i. Thanks.
  3. It's a bit disappointing that you can't skip to the next random track, oh well. Another question. I've managed to add a contact to the 'Phonebook' but I can't seem to call the contact from the headunit. I press 'Off hook' Press '1' and the contacts number comes up Press 'Off hook' again, but it says 'Outgoing Err' Am I doing the correct procedure? Thanks again, manuals are very handy :(
  4. Thanks for your replies. I'll try it out later today, pinzvidz, that would be great. Thanks everyone.
  5. It is this one... http://www.toyota.com.au/TWR/content/static/34940.jpg Part Number is PZQ60-00031
  6. Hi, I recently installed a 6cd mp3 head unit (the one with bluetooth) in my 01 Celica. The thing is it didn't come with a manual, so I have a few questions. - When in random mode how do I go to the next track randomly? The next track button just goes to the next sequential track, you have to wait for it to finish the current song before it goes randomly to another track. - Can I play songs randomly from all 6 discs? Or is it only one disc at a time? - When showing the TEXT (ie track title) is there anyway to scroll the text when there are too many characters to fit on screen? - How do I transfer my phone contacts to the head unit? Option to transfer on my phone is disabled. - Does anyone have a pdf copy of the instruction manual? Thanks a lot.
  7. Nice car! Are all them 4 spd automatic though? Any manual version available?
  8. Does anyone know how well the Sony Ericsson phones work with the Toyota bluetooth system? I've heard some phones are not 100% compatible. I have a Sony Ericsson Z800i. Does anyone know which phones (brand + model) are not 100% compatible? Thanks.
  9. No, the indicators aren't meant to flash and there isn't meant to be any noise. It's a bit of a pain, since you don't actually know if its locked unless you listen for the 'click' I think this is an oversight from Toyota Australia, since overseas models seem to come with a full alarm system.
