upset kluger owner

hi ladys and gents toyota australia admit you cant lock the spare wheel like you can prado rav4 and land cruiser ive been on the phone day in day out and to success what i have done is manufatured a antitheft shrould which is made of stainless steel and can be fitted whith a 10mm socket and 10mm open end spanner for a cost of $50 including postage as for the wheel you can buy rav4 wheel which are the same stud patten for around $150 with second hand tyre and a vynal cover for $30 dollars .thats what i have done to fix toyotas desing fault and as for charging 2100 for a sper wheel and tyre is a joke you can buy nice after market brand new wheels for $2400 a set.

hi i have a 2010 kxr kluger its a beautiful car to drive its a little heavy on fuel but i didnt buy it for fuel economy. i bought the car new and recently had it serviced by a toyota dealersship service centre my spare wheel was there when it was serviced . a week later i discovered the spare wheel missing so i rung the service centre and asked them did they have my wheel since you can only access the spare wheel winder from the inside of the car they said they didnt have it and i was the third customer with a kluger that has complained about it and he would ring me back and did not long after to tell me it can be accessed from underneath the car and the wheel cant be locked like the prado and rav 4 the wheel and cover from toyota is worth 2100 dollars so he told me. I wanted to know if anyone else has had the same problem ive contacted toyota australia and complained only to be told to claim it on insurance when their product is faulty and cant secure the wheel . i have made a shroud to go over the winch which doesnt efect your warranty toyota australia know its a design fault and wont do a thing to fix the problem i verry upset with toyota australia .
