Hi I am new to this site and really need some advise please anyone!
My Sera is costing me too much to keep on the road and I have been issued with a notice to have vehicle tested - exhaust noise etc. This is due to my engine needing a rehaul, but I cant afford it so I need to get rid of the car before the date on the noice - 30th August 2013. However it states I cant sell the car without the repairs. Does anyone know how I can legally get rid of my loved Sera for at least some cash? Maybe a wrecker or someone that will buy it for more than a lousy $100? I live in Frankston Victoria.
