yer fluid level is fine. going to take it all back out this weekend and see if the tourque convertor is in properly. unless someone has any other sugestions to what it could be?

ok so just bought a 92 sv21 camry with the 2ltr efi engine and auto transmission that was slipping. so pulled the trans out and replaced it with a second hand unit from the wreckers. now my problem is i can move the shift leaver but it wont move in anygears. what could i have stuffed up during re instilaton? if the tourque convertor wasnt seated properly could this be the cause? havent done many trans removals before plenty of gearbox removals on hliuxs etc. which are alot easier!!
