Hi All!!! I have 2001(built in 2000) model 4x4 Rav4 M/T 2.0 1AZ-FE engine. It has developed idle problem. RPM dip down and sometimes it stalls. When I try to turn the A/C on, it doesn't raise RPM like it should. ECM problem maybe? I don't get any fault codes from diagnostic tool. I took out IAC valve and checked that it's clean, could not replicate it's operation like ECM controls it. However, as per manual that I have it states that I should have between 9 and 14 volts on the pin that controls this IAC valve. I mesure only between 7-8 volts. I also tried cleaning EGR valve, but could not find it!!!! Does Australian model 2001 have EGR circuit? Any ideas on solution to this problem?? Thanks all!!!
