Hi All, I have an 06 Cruiser, 5 speed manual, just cracked 130k that has started popping out of secong gear whilst driving. I've spent the best part of the last day searching the web for the problem, it seems it is a common problem for 5th gear but not so much 2nd. The 5th gear problem seems to have a reasonably simple fix which would have been nice however I just got a quote of $2500-$3500 to overhaul the gearbox. Anyone else had trouble with their gearbox? Do you think that price is reasonable for a rebuild? To be honest I am starting to become a little dissapointed with the Rav 4 build quality, it seems every month or two something else goes wrong costing me another couple of thousand.
