I got the dash out! Checked all the bulbs with a multimeter and they were ok. All fuses are ok. What's left - the brightness knob? There's an IC, mosfet and other gear inside there. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, I just noticed that my Hiace Commuter petrol 1997 just lost the instrument light/s. I checked the gauge fuse and that is ok. It looks likely to be a blown dash bulb? BTW the indicators, radio and all warning lights work fine. Any suggestions like a diagram on how to get the dash out if it's bulb in there?
