Well funny how when i got the 2 pulleys replaced it went away for 2 days then came back its annoying having a good car but a **** sound to it

Hi I have a 2009 Toyota Aurion atx and gettting loud whistling noise from the front, ive replaced both idler pulleys and new fan belt. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what the problem is?.

Pretty much chasing a Harmonic Balancer/ Crankshaft Pulley for 2009 Toyota Aurion cant find any anywhere and I rang toyota and they quoted me $300 for the part and $700 labour. Might as well do this myself if anyone can point me in the right direction Id be greatful thanks
