Either way, the new wheel really looks the part!

They should fit without any worries (the fronts at the very least), Its a good idea to grab some silicone grease to lube up the sliding pins and the shims for the brake pads. As well as brake fluid, as you can lose a fair bit if you're not quick when you swap over the brake lines to the newer calipers during the change. You may also need a C/G-clamp to push the pistons of the calipers back in.

Where did you get the kluger brake package from?

Recently picked up a complete 329mm Kluger setup from the wreckers for just $300. (Calipers, rotors and pads)

Cleaned the wheels up. Car stops on a dime now.

How so? Either way, i'm not planning on doing anymore to the exhaust system.

The only thing was that the Kluger dust cover wouldnt fit due to different mounting positions (it would hit the disc when mounted on the camry)

Im surprised to say that it actually sounds decent! The idle sounds somewhat similar to a V8/ 4cyl-boxer engine (im still running the stock resonator and 2" piping all the way). There's very little drone, and after 3000rpm, it just screams.

My ride:

pretty much! Just remove all the door cards, remove the old trim and make templates, then cutout and install the new trim. Although, inserting the new trim was quite fiddly as you need to feed it inside the lower seams of the door card and around the handle due to the handle being plastic welded to the door card which made the whole process of lining up and glueing down the trim a little tricky.

Recently got these ceramic coated. Genie WildCat headers:

Updated the door trims to black alcantara.

Not a job for the impatient, but the results have been well worth it.

I've been putting my recently bought boneless wiper blades to good use with the rain we've been having in sydney over the past week. Aesthetics wise, it really cleans up the wiper assembly and looks alot tougher than the conventional stuff (thats right, wiper blades lookin tuff! lmao). It blows my old wipers out of the water. This thing is ridiculously efficient! I also repositioned the wiper arm so that the blades are tucked away as low as possible (normally it would be sitting a few cm's higher)

I never realised how heavy the standard yellow NSW number plates were until I got my slim wheats - Its less than 1/4 the weight! Went for wheat over white as no one else runs em, and it suits the paint quite nicely. (need to get a proper daytime shot without the flash to show the actual colour of the plates)

for mine, it didnt actually damage the seat, more so disintegrated into tiny particles and went into the fabric covering, making it look like it had black sand on it. I did manage to remove it, but it took a fair bit of vacuuming.

You'll be better off steam cleaning ur steats once in a while imo:

Those OG wheels are boss!

The only few things i would change are: spray the wipers & grill to black and change to slimline number plates. But rest of the car is sick! (thats a mint paintjob!)

Avoid spacers if possible.

If you still insist on running spacers, make sure that its HUBCENTRIC and from a reputable brand (such as H&R).

My wiper arms were getting quite old and worn so i replaced the whole arm with some TomCat boneless wiper blades ($44 for the pair). are you certain its actually the inlet manifold baffle that has come loose? it might be worth it to check with a different mechanic just to be sure.

If it is in fact an internal problem with the inlet manifold, then you might be best off getting a 2nd hand one from the wreckers.

i used to get wheel hop when going around sharp bends in the camry. This was eliminated after i upgraded my engine mounts to poly.

@secaboy: what rims are those 6spokes? enkei's? One of the best rims ive seen on an aurion!

also, if u want the tinting film to conform to the shape of the lens, you could try heating it with a hairdrier before putting it on (not sure if it'll work as i havnt tried it myself)
