Sry, my mate over filled it, 2lt to much. Moral of the story(dont work in te dark)

Who knows, the entire engine & bay is covered.. Id say piston gone & oil pressure switch/ injector pressure gauge.. Ive filled oil by 1-2lt

Any ideas as to the cause of his 2.8 diesel hilux 4x4,mate went to leave throttle jammed on over revving for Cpl mins, dropped oil, everywhere including his engine bay which is covered everywhere in oil now & oil in exhaust? Rings(oil in exhaust) and wat other causes? Cheers if anyone has any ideas & or suggestions.
