Will the chrome rear step/bar thing off a 04 sr5 fit on an 06 workmate?

Hey all i'm new here and I have a 2006 hilux workmate with the 2.7 petrol engine. It's got 285,000 on the clock atm and just had oil and filter change, coolant flushed and filled, and a new alternator and battery. I'm looking at replacing the shocks and possibly the springs as it has massive body roll. Also need to replace the rocker cover gasket as it has a small oil leak. What other things do I need to do/replace at around the 300,000km mark.
