I'm new to this club. I recently(about a month ago) got a Toyota starlet ep 91 R 1996 1.3L - door hatch as my new project car. This car was completely trashed past few years. Finally it was sentenced to send to the wrecking yard. So I got this car almost for free and got home as I was looking for a small car resto project.
The paint job was peeled off on the roof and the clear coat has faded as it was in the sun for past years.
the timing belt had ran over 210k's which is almost impossible. Also the car was leaking oil heavily suspecting a bad rear main oil seal.. when I drove the car home on the freeway it wobbled horribly ( bad tie rods and ball joints.
So I started restoring and repairing the mechanical section first
