hey all, just finished rebuilding my st162. thinking about selling it cause i can. am wondering what people would pay for the type of car i have built. its a 1986 st162 celica, black with purple pearl paintwork. 17 in protop wheels with toyo proxes 4 tyres on front and falken 451's on the back. the engine has had a entire rebuild, replacing every seal, gasket, hose imaginable. the bottom end has .20 oversized cp pistons at 9.1 compression with cp piston rings, eagle h-beam connecting rods, 3sgte gen 3 turbo nitrided crankshaft, 3sgte flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. the whole bottom end has been race balanced and hits 9000 rpm extremely smoothly. the top end has got a monstor ported head (incredibly huge), new valve stem seals, reconditioned valves, new head gasket, polished cam covers. every vacuum hose line has been replaced with turbosmart silicone hose and looks great in blue. the car has a HKS shift kit, KING super lows at front and lows at back. interior had been replaced and looks very original. if you have any questions or comments, pm me here or text me on 0415 504 587. be good to know what someone would pay for it. oh, and the ongine has only just been run in, so its ready for boost or whatever kind of application you may want to carry out.
