I have a 2005 Estima, I have just install a towbar and wired it up successfully but now the remote door opening/locking from the fobs is no longer working. I have double checked my work and it look fine. However I did notice after that when I connected the earth wire for the towbar wiring I disconnect the earth wire of the door control unit which I think could have caused the problems. I have stated inspecting fuses but everything looks ok so far. The other thing I though was maybe the door control unit reset some how and the keys need to be reprogrammed. any though would be much appropriated.
