  1. I think we met b4 rite?

Hrm... very hard to decide now, have to choose 1 between camry and aurion... a really hard decision... a wide front for aurion is SUPER NICE!!!! but... then i will double-park(1car using 2 spot) everyday? haha

Unless!!! smb wan sponsor me? i think around $3000 is enough? thanks? Please pm me and i will provide u with my bank details~ (JOKE)

  2. Got FEW question,

    1. did u use signal processor? how did u run the amp and where yr signals comes from?

    2. with sound system running original HU, how is the sound quality compared to other HU? a lot of difference?

    3. did u change the speakers?

SOrry for asking soo much, coz i m thinking of what to do to mine... thzz

  3. erm, this is my car ^^"

I have been discussing with him too bout making a wide body kit for my camry, but a large car with wide body?? hard to park in parking lots... and... now i got my aurion, i gave this car for my little sis to drive, so... ... ... dont know what should i do now with camry... ... ...

freddy@topstage.com 0401216460 email or call him, he will surely help you out, and if u r doing a wide kit, contact me too~ then mb we do it together~ BROTHER CAR! lolz, should be fun+funny~

  4. Well boys and girls hasn't this been a fun thread that's kept the moderators busy. It is certainly one that you would not have seen in a Holden or Ford forum (let's say our hi spec sport model is not as good as the one from the other majors - I think not)

Convincing the Aust public of that a sporting car can be FWD will be a challenge. Ford tried in the late eighties to convince people they didn't need a V8, their sales dropped accordingly. Just look at the EF (circa 1995) XR6 and XR8 supposedly there was only 1kW difference between the two but a lot more kg but people still bought the XR8 (paying extra for a slower, thirstier and heavier car "but it's got a V8). The TRD Aurion will not beat the Falcon or Commodores for sales even if it is a better car because there are so many people out there who will only buy a Falcon or Commodore no matter how good the other options might be.

very very well said~ i AGREE. (especially the ending part)

but i still believe in japanese cars, no matter wat~ Can you buy holden internationally? I m not sure...

  5. Thanks negatron, will look into it and see what m i gonna do...

Yeah, a good price, spent like 2 hrs there talking and finally the manager says "deal"~ he even told me impossible to sell at tat price at first and said will rather use C4 to blow it up rather than selling to me. well~ sorry, u just sold to me, u nxxb~*thinkin*

  6. If u just pump yr petrol, its like 18lt/100km, then it starts going down when driven for 50-100km~

I used to drive camry sportivo05, comparing petrol consumption, no much difference (in my opinion, as camry's acceleration is slow and i need to push it more to go faster.. mb overload by my woofer and my weight? AHAHA!JK~) for conclusion, aurion doesnt really eat A LOTTT of petrol, for 3.5 V6

Camry VS AURION? I love aurion more if i have custom made body kit on them~ ^^

  7. Now, i m picky bout sound system, i personally dont like the sound system of aurion, especially at the back, sounds bad when u turn bit louder.

Who done sound system b4 for this car, post some information, how and wat did u used.

I am thinkin to change all 4 speakers to component speakers with a woofer at the back, BUT without changing the headunit. Anyone has any idea and wat is the best way? :help::help:

    thz~

by the way, i dont know wat price you guys can get, but i bought my aurion sx6 demo 4000km, $34k. I think is a good price for a really good car^^ very happy~

  8. Great, you're in Melbourne!

Contact Freddy @ Topstage. He was working on a bodykit for the 2003 model Camry Sportivo. I think it's exactly what you are after. I have some photos on my phone I think. Let me know if you want to see them.
