2002 Camry Azura front bumper plastic cover (underside) grommets

Hi, I'm new to Toyotas, having just inherited a 2002 Camry Azure from my father. I noticed that under the front bumpers, there are plastic covers (one on each side) - probably to cover the driving lights. On my car, a few of the screws and grommets are missing. Would anyone know where to get these from and what size they are? I measured the grommets that were there and the size is approx. 10mm wide by 10mm deep. The hole size for the screw is about 5mm and the bolt screw size took a 10mm head socket. TIA.
