Haha yeah the steering wheel was quite worn so we put a brown leather cover on it after that photo. it really is like a lounge chair, am absolutely loving it as I often drive 2 hours to see my parents so it gets me there in comfort and style.

Hi, I'm Mel, from the Northern Beaches (Sydney). I just purchased an imported 1989 Toyota Crown Royal saloon G. V8 Lexus 1UZ engine, factory airbag suspension, electric everything that works and even the fridge in the parcel shelf works. Am loving this car as my daily and can't wait to do some road trips in it. Is a big change from my WRX previously. But my first car was a Corona so another old Toyota had to happen. The first thing to change will be a DVD head unit, then the wheels I'll be changing for something more period correct VIP without stretched tyres and hopefully I won't have to do much more then just enjoy the car and regular servicing.
