It won't let me send a video but it is like a slight grinding noise and it dosent happen straight away when I first start the car and it will only do it at about 2000 rpm but it's fine when idling

I fitted a 2lt ct20 turbo to my 2.8l hilux and I was driving it for the first time with the turbo and it started to make a whining/ rotational noise which was coming the the exhaust housing of the turbo. Anyone know what the problem could be?
