Good news, I brought it to another toyota and they reset it for free.

My aunt had battery replaced on her Camry Grande 2009 due to it going flat whilst away on holidays. After battery was replaced the headunit no longer works, it just has message asking to insert a CD. She went to local toyota place and they said it would cost $3000 to fix?? I find this very hard to believe. Is there some procedure that must be done after battery has been replaced to get it working again?
