Can anyone help?
my 91 celica,s engine light is on. I have checked the diagnostic code it is 54 ,the turbo intercooler . I have checked the level switch its OK. I checked the pump it's ok. The pump is not getting power. Cannot find any blown fuses?

Thanks but it is the water pump for the intercooler that is not getting power.
