Thanks to Buddha i was able to get the right part number for my car. However now i have a question. I currently have the exhaust system off a sportivo on my ZZE122 from the catback to the exhaust, the man at the exhaust shop said he could make th remus for the ZZE122 fit the sportivo flange. Now as we all know the pipe size of the sportivo exhaust is bigger then the one a stock ascent, and seeing as the remus is specifically designed for ZZE122 should i go ahead with this, would it make a difference.

I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport, and im considering putting on a remus exhaust. I was just wondering if any one could tell me the part number of the exhaust to fit my car and before some of you guys tell me to use the search button, i alrteady did with no luck. Thanks in advane.]

they sure will. I have the side skirts on my 04 Facelift Rolla Ascent sport. Hope that helps.

Try ignition x thats where i got mine.

a lightweight set of forged 17's etc would be ok, but they're usually extremely expensive.

Thats what i have, and i can say that it makes a huge difference in performance compared to my old 17" rims.

iv been told that pedders are stiffer than kings....so thats sumthing u could also look at.........

but generally speaking....if u wanna lower ur car (funds pending) than lower it properly......

ie. with either coilovers

or springs matched with shocks

cos at the end of the day ul be thankful that u did it the proper way :D

Thats a good point wei wei, but every suspension place i have been to and i have been to quite a few in the last couple days :P have told me that for the drop i want 35mm, i wont need to change my shocks. Is this right? Thats why i started this post to see if anyone else had lowered their car using just springs and had no problems.

Now i have done a search for suspension, and all i seem to get is people changing the springs and shocks. What i want to know is, is there anyone out there who has changed the springs to lowered springs with out any problems and if so what springs did you use?

Just wondering if anyone out there has the Toyota sportivo lowered spring kit, on their corolla? How low does it drop it and what is the ride quality like? If anyone has any pics too that would be great. Im trying to decide whether it is worth going genuine or after market, as with the genuines i wont have to change the struts as well.

No i didnt take the front bumber off. Instead i took the plastic under carriage off and work from underneath. Did the job fine without the hassle of taking the bumper off and trying to realign it again.

have you thought of installing it yourself? I installed mine last saturday with no dramas, in fact it was alot easier then i thought. The kit should have came with instructions, just follow that. If you have any questions let me know. Goodluck :D

I just got my hands on da Spoortivo side skirts and was just wondering if any one out there has installed them themselves? Im going to give it a shot tomorrow, ill let u guys know how it goes.

I know how u feel dude, i had my car keyed the other week to, they did the whole length of the boot. If i find them im gonna kill them.

the one i got actually attaches to the torsion bar. Its the one that was on sale on Ebay i picked up for a really good price :D

the pod is simota same brand as the CAI itself, it seems to do ok, i may change to a K&N extreme later on down the track
