Hi all My hand brake keeps popping off. The outside/ right hand side rear cable keeps popping out of the holder[dont know actual name of part] It's just after the Y separation and only one cable T end keeps popping out of the tensioner. Very annoying when having to slide under car in wet or muddy places to reattach. Is this a know problem or just my hilux? Any suggestions on how to keep this in place? Thanks for your time
