Figured it out, it’s a power steering hose that goes to the fluid cooler.

It’s basically underneath the drivers side headlight and connects to a small metal pipe that is about 20cms long and loops around. My first thought was it’s the transmission oil cooler line. can anyone give me a part description or number from the photo? Leaky hose circled in green. thanks for any help!
