Guy I bought the vxi from swapped the wheels out. 

Are the factory 'alloys' a steel rim with an alloy insert? 

They look so instead it being a single cast wheel. Except for the Grande maybe. 

Goss have been around for over 70 years. Major supplier and have contracted for OE to manufacturers. 12 month warranty. Can't go wrong. 

Heads up that if anyone is looking for coils then Repco has Goss coils on clearance.

Ridiculously low price it $13 each. Retail usually about $87 to $130.

Goss has been around for close to 70 years. They are/were a major source for OE parts. 

T10 in the front parkers. Makes a huge difference. I could actually be seen when I park in the wait queue at Maccas. 

Supercheap said T20 for the reverse but they are way too big. 

Anywhere I can use T20?

went to iilumo, can't reccomend them enough. Especially the halogen range of LED bulbs. I switched my Avalon interior over to full LED, can't tell the difference between them. (Minus the obvious, less power draw, brighter, etc)

I got some on clearance from Supercheap. Will see how they go. I figure I'll replace as needed. The door lights look dull though. Lol

I've got some coming for the same reason. I can see more via my brake lights.

Techstream running on Windows with that USB adapter (at least). 

It'll do much more but way less convenient. 

This is what obd2 Australia has sent me. I haven't looked at prices.

Many of the cars listed there are 2006+

Here in Australia most our cars are from Japan, Europe or made in Australia for some models. 

The below is when they made it compulsory for cars made for these markets to have OBD2. 

When did OBD2 start – All cars made for the Australian market from 2005-2006 – So if your car was new in Australia after 2005 it will have OBD2 and you can use an OBD2 scan tool."

I was looking for exactly this. 

Plugged a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner in but I can't get it to read the ECU. Could be the unit. 

What can we read from this port and what do we need to read it?

I'm thinking of trying Supercheap to see if they can get anything from it.

Hi all. 

I just signed up. Got my hands on an Avalon after driving Fords for years. 

I was caring for my elderly mother and let the rust go in the Ford since I needed the car to transport her. She passed away just before Christmas and too much work to do on the Ford so here I am with Avalon. 

It's a VXI but with steel rims. That's working out OK since I'm doing a tyre swap from the Ford. Exactly the same size. 

Hoping I can learn a bit here.
