Mikacamry

I have a toyota camry 1994 2.2 litre 5SFE engine and manual gearbox. My problem is stalling/flexing idle and up and down idle depending if it's cold and dry weather when its quite good but when wet and not cold weather its big problems. I have replaced map sensor,throttlehouse,iac valve,intake air sensor,spark plugs,ingition cables,tempereature sensor to EFI.Now i will change ECU. Does anybody have a solution to my problem.
