Any ideas on what to look for on a broken horn????

Anyone have any advice about speedometers??? its not working found it unplugged behind the cluster connected it and it still wont work... any advice to look at like speedo cable or cluster.

installed a new headlight blinker and now all blinkers dont work but when the hazardous are on all lights work. Is the a fuse problem or a wire been grounded else where??
