in DK it's a big problem.. People that drive short distances. or cold start a lot. have this problem A few 3zz-fe and almost all 1zz-fe 2000-2005 toyotas have this problem. The problem is the lower piston rings. "oil-rings" Normally the piston have aprox 12 small holes in the pistonring gab. Toyota forgot about them and made 4 small holes. when the oilring needs to scrabe oil off the cylinder. passes the 2 upper rings and u get oil Consumption. starts with a littel but ends out ind wery sticky pistonrings.. Toyota made a new block with 8 bigger holes in the pistons. Starting from 2005
