Hi there are brake lights I've made them very subtle it's the black ones under the actual swing axle

Hey guys I recently mounted a gas bottle on car with spare tyre & jerry can Im from SA and couldn't find a law that stated I couldn't mount the gas bottle where it is, anyone know if there is a law against it?
