was talking about the exhaust resonator and yes it did change the performance thanks for yuor comment !

originally they are clear exept one had water in it and started to rust.. i got the fog running again but the lense wass covered with crap.. so the yellow film kind of hids the defect :) for now till i get a new fog btw thanks for the comment guys !
