I have a problem with a 100 series 1HDTE. Started with occasional misfire now starts and revs to approximately 2000 and stalls. Have changed diesel pump, spill valve controller, ECU, and accelerator pedal.Still the same. Any ideas out there on what to do next? Cheers in advance Dwight
