Hi Tasha, did you find out what the problem was? I have exactly the same problem but NO-ONE seems to have any idea what the problem is!!! I‘be been to 5 different Toyota dealerships any get a different answer from each… sometimes only to find out later that the answer they have given me refers to a Prado. most frustrating paulH
