Geoff P 2018 GLX Prado

Hi, I have an odd question. The 2018 GXL Prado went in for a detail today. Came back looking nice, the problem I now have is that it won't switch off. The radio/ media/ map screen doesn't go black when pushing the off button on the car when stopping the motor. The only alert I get is "key not detected, check key position". Both batteries in key fobs have recently been replaced. The detailer has closed for the weekend and can't get hold of them to ask if they did anything. Any suggestions?
