The steering wheel issue seems to be prevalent from 2016 LC200 onwards. I have found many owners who have had their steering wheels replaced due to the “leather” falling apart. I have approached my dealer who is putting in an application to Toyota on my behalf as my 2017 VX steering wheel looks atrocious….apparently Toyota have replaced many steering wheels due to this issue and a great number of them were out of warranty. I have photos of mine but don’t know how to post them on this site.
