Zaccyion

I have a 3.0 turbo diesel hilux. I’ve replaced water pump, thermostat, and radiator. I’ve bled the air out, the fan is coming on when it’s supposed to. I’ve done a pressure test no leaks, and a compression test. To see if the head gasket is gone. All fine. It’s still overheating I can drive it fine for about 2 minutes then it will start heating up. I have to move in a week and can’t afford a mechanic at the moment so any help or advice would be helpful. Cheers
