Hi. My partner has just received a Toyota Kluger 2019 povo pack. Her employer can't tell her why the car can't connect to the phone. I've downloaded the t-link app on her phone and it's meant to connect straight away. The phone's we have tried are a new Samsung, a Google pixel 7 and an iPhone. None of them will connect. She needs the maps to work as her role is on the road. What are we doing wrong? Thank you
