I have a 2009 Landcruiser and initially went into limp mode towing van, throwing code P0048. Could clear and keep driving but eventually got worse. Checked with a diesel performance centre and they said turbo had holes in it so replaced that. Next day loss of power with code POO69. Had checked over by another diesel performance business and they couldn’t find anything. Replaced MAP sensor, filter, fuel filter, checked lines aren’t clogged or kinked and still stuck with low power when under load towing. Any suggestions?
