22 Prado

I have a 22 Gxl prado and have the same problem, a persistant shudder/ vibration through the whole body of the car it started after the 40000km service, I had new tyres put on at the same time, I suspected the tyres and went back to the tyre shop, they balanced the tyres 3 times, no bent rims and put a different set of tyres in my Prado with the same result a low speed wobble at 50-60km with a who car wobble/ shudder of various intensities at 110km/h I went back to the Toyota service centre who looked confused, searched for an answer and found an issue with the auto clutch that required software to be updated, An hour later the problem was considerably better but faintly still there. Fast forward to today 50000km service and the problem has now returned worse than before. Has anyone found anything else out about this annoying issue???
